Free Agency and Trade Deadline pushed back to April 17

Plenty of players never got their chance to play on one of the main FBA teams, and here they mingle with unsigned veterans hoping to get called back to play.

Free Agency and Trade Deadline pushed back to April 17

Postby admin » April 3rd, 2017, 6:02 pm

Hi everyone,

In light of recent delays, we are pushing back the Free Agency and Trade Deadline to April 17, 2017 11:59 PST. Please send all pending/not confirmed and new trade requests to me at dorourkie at gmail dot com . You may PM me as well, but in order to keep track of everything, I ask that you also email me. Thank you for bearing with us during this time as we get things moving again.

As always, you can ask me or any of the committee members if you have any questions about this change.

Thanks!
-Rourkie

Noticed that Albert J. Middendorff has "Free Agent" status. But, my question (looking at the FBA main page info, is that the Whips had 36 million? This has a strike out through the info.

Does this mean (a) he asked for that amount and was rejected, or (b) he was offered that and rejected it?

I'd like clarification as his owner/creator, because until 3 days ago I wasn't even aware he'd been put up on "Free Agency" status (that is no emails to my email account).

Would have been nice to see it earlier (an FA buddy is how I found out initially).

It means that the Whips had offered that amount initially before retracting (aka pulling back) the offer.
