Getting her first nod to start last year over Harper Ross, Eva Georgietta completed what was at the time the FBA's only all female back-court (at the time, it was also the only all-female, all-feline back-court). She was chosen to start partly because she gave the Alaska Arctics some much needed size in the back-court, and she was a very good one-on-one defensive player. Players were often told NOT to leave her open for the corner 3-pointer, as that was her shooting specialty, although she did possess the ability to drive and score and pull up for a quick jumper.
Eva was nicknamed "Razor" because of her razor-sharp wit in finding her teammates with a precision pass, and also because a reporter once mistakenly called her "Eve Gillette" during an interview and her teammates wouldn't let it go.
She played with the Arctics in the 2009-2010 season before being traded to the Pittsburgh Keystones in the 2010 off-season. She found her way to the Bangor Tides, then to the Biloxi Voodoo, before falling into free agency prior to the 2017-18 FBA Season.
